These terms govern your use of kryafoundation.com and the Khel Kumbh platform. By using the site or registering, you agree to them.

Membership & accounts

You sign up with your email address and a password and confirm your email; you then receive a Krya ID, which is your membership number at every game. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account. Keep your password private.

Tournament registration & conduct

Registering for an event means you agree to its specific rules, formats and schedules, and to conduct yourself in the spirit of the game. We may remove participants for misconduct.

Payments & fees

Krya uses a prepaid wallet. You pay a Krya organiser by UPI or cash and they add credits to your Krya Wallet. Entry fees are shown before you register and are taken from your wallet when you register or are added to a game. Credits cannot be transferred to another member and are not exchanged for cash, except for the entry fee of a game or tournament that Krya cancels (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

No-shows

If you are on the list for a game and do not turn up, a no-show fine of twice the game fee is charged, unless you have a lifeline, which is used instead. A fine can take your wallet below zero; while it is below zero you cannot register for anything until it is topped up.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

Photos and details you upload remain yours, but you grant Krya a licence to display them within the platform for the purpose of running your membership and events. Photographs and footage taken at Krya events may be used in our media; contact us if you have concerns.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

Disclaimers & liability

Sport carries inherent risk; you participate at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Krya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or participation in events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
