What is Krya Khel Kumbh?
Khel Kumbh is Krya's member platform. You get one Krya ID and one wallet, register for Krya tournaments in a single tap, and see every game you have played.
How do I become a member?
Tap Sign in, choose Create account, and sign up with your email and a password. Confirm your email from the link we send you - your Krya ID is issued the moment you confirm. It's free to join.
What is my Krya ID?
Your membership number (like KRYA-00123). It is your pass at every Krya game - organisers check you in against it.
How do payments work?
Krya uses a prepaid wallet. Pay an organiser by UPI or cash and they add credits to your Krya Wallet (1 credit = ₹1; bigger packs come with bonus credits and lifelines). Entry fees are taken from your wallet when you register or are added to a game.
How do regular games work?
Regular morning and evening games are run by the organisers, who add players to the list. The fee for each game is taken from your wallet. If a game is full you can be put on the waitlist.
What happens if I don't turn up?
A no-show is charged a fine of twice the game fee. If you have a lifeline, it is used instead and nothing is charged. If a fine takes your wallet below zero, you can't register for anything until it is topped up.
Can I get a refund?
If Krya cancels an event, everyone's entry fee goes straight back to their wallet - or, if you prefer, back to you as money by UPI. If you can't make a game, tell an organiser: if they take you off the list, the credits go back to your wallet. Credits are not otherwise exchanged for cash. For anything else, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or talk to an organiser.
Who can see my profile data?
You and the Krya organisers. Players in the same game or tournament as you can see your name, Krya ID, city, photo and points - never your email or phone. Your sport answers are seen only by you and the organisers.
Why was I signed out?
For safety, you are signed out after 15 days without using the site. Just sign in again.
What's the difference between Khel Kumbh and Open Tournaments?
Khel Kumbh games and tournaments are for Krya members and are only shown after you sign in. Open Tournaments are open to everyone - no membership needed.
How can my brand sponsor Krya?
See our Sponsors page for what partners get, then request a proposal - we'll send a tailored package.
Can I volunteer or work with Krya?
Yes - head to Get Involved to volunteer, host an event, or send us your details for future roles.
