Krya Foundation ("Krya", "we", "us") runs kryafoundation.com and the Khel Kumbh member platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account details you give us: name, phone number, email, city, the sports you play, a short bio and an optional profile photo.
Participation data: tournaments you register for and, where recorded, your match statistics.
Payment data: processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Technical data: basic device and usage information, and data stored locally in your browser to make the site fast and work offline.

How we use it

To create and manage your membership, register you for events, show your profile and stats, process payments, send you service messages (like an SMS login code), and improve the platform. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in running the community.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate: our SMS provider (to send login codes), our payment gateway (to take payments), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How we protect it

Your data is scoped so that you can only ever see and edit your own record, protected by database row-level security, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You can view and edit most of your details from your member dashboard. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We keep your data only as long as your membership is active or as required by law.

Children

Where a participant is a minor, registration and consent must be provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without that consent.

Cookies & local storage

We use minimal local storage to keep you signed in and to cache the site for speed and offline use. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

AI & automation

Parts of this website were built with the help of AI tools. All content, decisions and operations are Krya Foundation's own, and we review what goes live. We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and any automated processing (such as generating your member code) is limited to running the platform.
