Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for tournament entries and membership on the Krya platform. It's written to be fair and clear, and to meet payment-gateway requirements.

Entry fees

Tournament entry fees are paid at registration and confirm your team's or your place in the event.

If you cancel

7 or more days before the event: full refund, minus any payment-gateway charges.
3–6 days before: 50% refund.
Under 3 days before, or no-show: non-refundable, as slots and logistics are already committed.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Krya cancels an event, you receive a full refund or the option to move your entry to another date. If we reschedule, your entry carries over, or you may request a full refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Membership

Creating a Khel Kumbh member profile is free. Any paid membership add-ons, if introduced, will state their own refund terms at purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@kryafoundation.com with your name, the event and your payment reference. We'll confirm within 2 business days.
