Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Krya games and tournaments. Entry fees are paid in Krya Wallet credits, so refunds go back to your wallet.

Entry fees

Entry fees are taken from your Krya Wallet when you register for a tournament or an organiser adds you to a game. Your place is confirmed at that moment.

If you can't make it

Tell an organiser as early as you can. If they take you off the list, the credits you paid go back to your wallet. If you are on the list and don't turn up, it is a no-show: a fine of twice the game fee, or a lifeline if you have one.

If we cancel

If Krya cancels a game or tournament, every player's entry fee goes back to their wallet in full, automatically. If you would rather have that amount back as money, tell an organiser and it will be paid back to you by UPI.

Mistakes

If you were charged the wrong amount, tell an organiser. Fees can be corrected for up to 48 hours after the event ends; after that, email us.

Wallet credits

Credits are for Krya games and tournaments. They can't be transferred to another member, and they can't be exchanged for cash - except for the entry fee of a game or tournament that Krya cancels. If you think a top-up was recorded wrongly, contact us and we will put it right.

Creating a Khel Kumbh member profile is free.

How to ask for a refund

Email kryafoundation+website@gmail.com with your name, your Krya ID and the event. We'll reply within 2 working days.
