These terms govern your use of kryafoundation.com and the Khel Kumbh platform. By using the site or registering, you agree to them.

Membership & accounts

You register with your phone number and are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account. Keep your access secure.

Tournament registration & conduct

Registering for an event means you agree to its specific rules, formats and schedules, and to conduct yourself in the spirit of the game. We may remove participants for misconduct.

Payments & fees

Entry fees and membership charges are shown before you pay and are processed securely through our payment gateway. You agree to pay all fees for events you register for.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

Photos and details you upload remain yours, but you grant Krya a licence to display them within the platform for the purpose of running your membership and events. Photographs and footage taken at Krya events may be used in our media; contact us if you have concerns.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.

Disclaimers & liability

Sport carries inherent risk; you participate at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Krya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or participation in events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
